Delete your data

You can remove Repll.ai's access to your Meta account yourself at any time, and ask us to delete any data we hold about you. We confirm every deletion request and finish within 30 days.
Remove Repll.ai from your Meta business
Choose any one of these. Each one stops Repll.ai reading your ad data.
- In Repll.ai: go to Settings → Meta ads → Disconnect. We delete the access token, the ad accounts, ad names and spend data straight away. Your chats and contacts aren't affected.
- In Meta Business Settings: go to Integrations → Connected apps → Repll.ai → Remove. On its next sync, Repll.ai sees the access is gone and stops syncing. To have the synced ad data deleted too, use the Repll.ai option above, or email us.
- From your Facebook account: go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Repll.ai → Remove, then choose to delete your data. Meta sends us a deletion request and shows you a confirmation code. We delete the Meta data linked to your Facebook account. A business's connection belongs to the business, so to remove that, use one of the two options above.

Delete a business's workspace
The owner of a workspace can ask us to close it and delete everything in it: chats, contacts, bookings, AI knowledge, flows and connections. Email privacy@repll.ai from the owner's email address with your workspace name. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days. We keep only the records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
If you messaged a business that uses Repll.ai
Your chats belong to the business you messaged, so please ask them first; they can delete your chats and contact details. If you can't reach them, email privacy@repll.ai with:
- the business's name;
- the phone number you messaged from;
- what you'd like deleted.
We'll pass your request to the business and make sure it's handled within 30 days.
